I have to write a 2000 word term paper for my college level brit lit 2 class. The paper must be about some aspect of british literature from the 1800- to the 20th century and with a focus on feminism/ feminist revolution/ or feminist ideas. It is not suppose to be a synopsis but rather a specific thesis paper. I have read all the required reading i am just at a loss now as to what my topic should be.

Two obvious (and easily researched) topics spring to mind for me,

1. The Suffragette movement and its impact on society and politics

2. Did the 1960s actually see the emancipation of women, or was the "Summer of Free Love" a myth ?

Good luck with your paper. I won't put any links as it sounds like you've already done your reading.

If the asker of that question had rather had to assist in simple terms all people, she does not have said that she became feminist. She of route had to assist women people absolutely. the problem is, feminists continually positioned women people above adult men (deliberately or not). they have been taught that females people must be equivalent to adult men, and females people are below adult men (which isn't real). you will discover that the following. VAWA, The Indian DV Act, regulations contained in the united kingdom and Mexico are all very anti-male. after we element that out to feminists on GWS (who state on a accepted foundation that they don't hate adult men and look after them), they disagree and sweetness what the problem ought to nicely be.
