I'm a 25 year old college student. I have a girlfriend of almost 4 years. I was worried as soon as I hit 25 that my sex drive was reducing out of fear that I was getting old. Well when I put my current lifestyle into perspective, I found that my crappy diet and lack of exercise had a lot to do with it. So now that I have been eating right and exercising, my sex drive is through the roof, and I don't see my gf that much. What should I do, as this is uncomfortable and masturbation doesn't do much for me? I need the real thing.

Try to find things other than sex to work on...put your mind off sex. While you're obviously still going to have a high sex drive, it will help if you don't constantly think about it.

Let her know how you feel. Stay on the good diet. It is perfectly normal to have a high sex drive your woman should love it. Maybe your sex drive has gone up because you are wanting other women. Good luck man later.

Either make time to see her often, or tell her you want to see other girls. Since masterbation doesnt do it for you, then you must seal the real deal! In order for this to happen respectfully, you must tell your girlfriend, BEFORE you venture out. Weigh your odds. Four year relationship versus current sex drive(that may drop at any moment).
It is totally your call, but keep her feelings and your dignity in mind.

i have the same problem. i could have sex 2-5 times a day. i just accept the fact that i'm a horny guy. stay away from things that remind you of sex. thats the best advice i can give.

Balance your diet. Minimize taking hot things such as eggs and meat. Eat vegetables and fruits. Take yogurt daily. You will feel better.
