well as soon as the divorce is finalized there is no waiting period. so if you have your next "victim" (just a joke) then have at it and congrats.....

No offense but don't you think since you just got a divorce that jumping into marriage should wait....I mean since more than 60% of marriages end in divorce... You should wait for YEARS to know that you could spend the REST OF YOUR LIFE with that person. I have known my bf for 10 years and dated him for two and although we live together and we get along PERFECTLY...I would still wait. Good luck :)

once divorced you can marry as soon as you can --- of course, you need a person who wants to marry you!

***You do need a certified copy of your divorce decree if either of you have been married.
