You can never go wrong with a gift certificate or two. You can also buy Shopping cards that are good at any store in your local mall, so she has more variety to find the best deals for her.

Gift certificates. You can never go wrong. Either to restaurants she enjoys, stores she enjoys shopping in or the all around gift certificate, to Walmart. They have food, gas and anything else you could ever need. Don't try picking out clothing. It will rarely be right. A gift certificate allows them to pick out there own. But go as general as possible. Alot of malls have general gift certificates that apply to most of the shops in the mall. But make sure if you get a specific store one it is he right store. Dont get a Abercrombie gift certificate for a Hot Topic girl. Get a general one or to a store you know she shops in and has shopped there recently.

Depends how much you want to spend..... An IPOD would be a great idea (want one myself!) or perhaps a mall gift certificate (a lot of malls now sell gift certificates good at any of the stores instead of buying a gift certificate for just one store). Does she have a cell phone? Perhaps a cell phone with a one year plan or something.....

$200 cash... Girls love to shop!! i am notone but give her a visa gift card or cash that way you kill two birds with one stone you teach financial responsibility and you give her a good gift. Rather than giving a gift card to a store she may or may not like. Give Cash, That way you can test and see If your daughter is maturing any. Every year my mom gives me cash and If I matured which I do a little bit more every year it will last a little bit longer... a test for me but also a present

Do you know what her interests or hobbies are? Does she like to draw? Get her a nice sketchbook and pencil sharpener from a arts and crafts store. Does she love music? Get her a book about her favorite singer/musician. Does she play sports? Get her a new duffel bag and water bottle or a bag for her yoga mat. Does she have any pets? Get her a new leash and collar for her dog or kitty condo.
There are many choices, just think about what she enjoys and talks about and you are half way there!

If you feel like making something, you can make a fleece no-sew tie blanket. They have kits at JoAnn Fabrics, the fabric dept at Walmart, and online. You can also pick you own fabric and make your own. Take 2 pieces of fleece 2 yards long, cut fringe around the edges, and tie the 2 pieces together along the fringe. It's personal because you did it yourself and everyone loves a nice warm blanket.

An iTunes gift card. This shows her you are technically savvy and believe in paying for your music. File sharing is wrong!
