If your computer has a slot you can plug the memory card into, then its pretty easy. You go to My Computer and see if the computer recognizes the memory card as a separate drive. If so, just cut or copy the image files from your computer and paste them to your memory card.
If your computer doesn't have such a slot, then the images can be transferred with a cable connecting your camera and memory card to the computer. Works the same way -- once the camera is connected to the computer, the computer will see the memory card as a separate drive. Just cut/copy and paste.
Cut = cntrl+x
Copy = cntrl+c
Paste = cntrl+v
Or use the Edit menu.

get a 4-in-1 card reader, plug in the card, go to My Computer, you'll see an icon that says Removable Drive, open it, and start dragging files into that folder.

If you want to save it to a flash drive. Then all you do in plug in the flash drive into the usb port and right click, send to, the send to will open up and select removable disk.
Or you can open up my computer and double click on removable disk and then click and drag.
either way you do it though they will be moved.
let me know if you have any questions.
