Relax, and talk about what you believe in without going too deep and talk about where you from, and why you wanted to live where you live now, and finally, tell them why you want the job. Be as honest as you can. Here's one example, using names.

My name is John Smith and I am 27 years old. If I could use 5 words to describe myself they would have to be persistant, optomistic, focused, outgoing, and honest. I am persistan to the point of being stubborn. I want my way, I feel that my way is the only way, and I'll do anything to have things my way. This is probably my biggest flaw. However, it has kept me grounded and able to do a lot of the things I do. Optomism is something tha tI was taught from an early age. My parents wouldn't allow me or my siblings to sit around and mope about our lives. They wanted us to always see the silver linig in our clouds. So, I always look to what can be better in a situation, not what can be worse. I am focused on my goals and my ambitions, whther they be short term or long term. I try to incorporate my goals into my every day living because when I have something to be focused on, I do much better. I love meeting new people and learning their stories and about their lives. I can do it in a business setting, or I can do it in a social setting but I know how to be outgoing and confident. Lastly, honesty is something I believe very strongly in. I want to tell the truth, get to the bottom of the truth, and be truthful in everything I do this is another thing I was taught while growing up.

I grew up in Canada and I moved to the United States in serach of the american dream. I wanted so badly to find myself, to find what I wanted and to be happy, living in America. That is why I'm here. I believe that the true guide to being happy is following your heart and that's what I did by moving here.

Growing up where I did taught me a lot of things. I learned about pride in oneself, and pride in ones country, despite wanting to live in a different one. And I learned about responsibility and that is something I carry with me.

I want to work for you because I have experience, I am trustworthy and responsible, and I feel like this work environment is right for me.

Say this:

"I am a problem solver. I like working on a team but do well on my own too. I take directions well. and can be trusted to do a job once it is explained to me."

iAfter that, f you have any prior experience with the job or type of work you are interviewing for, give a summary of where you worked and what you did.

geoff said it best...do not introduceany personal stuff like my goldfish died when I was six, because english is your 2nd language,
bring up your native language and what an asset it will be for the company....interviews can be tough, just relax, you can get a little practice help from Monster.com, and remember you nailed the interview so you are already ahead.
