Not a chance! Organized religion has been responcible for the vast number of wars, bigotry, racism, hatred and xenophobia in our history.

While people should be free to worship whatever they want, it has no place in government because it would impose unfair laws and norms on people.

George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and Ben Franklin made it clear that there should be a "separation between church and state".

Organized religion is probably responsible for more human deaths over the years than any other cause. Who is to say who is right and who is wrong? When one person can tell another that his religious beliefs give him moral superiority over the other, then obviously we have a problem.

I especially like the folks who claim they talk with God. Often they are the biggest phonies of all. An how about all the priests who violate children. Which of these would you trust justice to?

I believe everyone should be entitled to believe in whatever god or deity they wish but that they should not be able to affect any body elses lives. There are just too many kooks who want to tell other people what to believe in and how to live.

Absolutely not, because the beliefs of one are simply not the same for another and no one should be held accountable in this manner.
