There are plenty things wrong with our world so... what do you think is the most important thing or issue we should be putting our efforts and ideas toward to correct?

Preserving the intricate life support systems of our planet.
It is impossible to have poverty as we know it when the land we live on has clean water, and abundant life.
Poverty at its worst is when you are not even allowed to drink from a clean stream, eat the local wild food and take shelter where you find it. If we destroy this, we destroy real self determination and freedom at its core. We create a cycle of despair.
If we destroy the life support systems and make them more and more dependent on our work to sustain them, we will have to work harder to just live. We will be forced to live on the hope that other people who have more access to resources will share, which given human nature is a downward spiral. As the resources for life dwindle the selfish will hold on even tighter, and as our eco-systems fail we will have to take more from them just to live which is already creating a negative system; we must turn around for the sake of all life.
I believe this is most important, and like all good concerns it is connected to everything.......it effects us all whether we realize it or not.

Being concerned with the welfare of any other person besides yourself and getting involved with that is a dominoe effect. Here in the US we have been more self involved and lost sight of others.

Being kind to others and trying to understand their point of view and their problems would be the greatest thing we could do as individuals.
As far as bigger things, I think we need government reform. At the moment, we only have two political parties that have the money or power to make any impact. This needs to change.
