This really depends on your interests and personality. If you want to major in Finance and live in a big city then New York and London would be good options - but they are also very expensive. If you have a limited budget, then Ottawa in Canada and Melbourne, Australia would be better options. how about mexico city, mexico, it used to be the biggest city in the world, it was built on an ancient aztec city, and breathing its air is like smoking three packs of cigarettes a day. very interesting.
