Why can’t we say the word
The hurtful word goodbye
How long can we linger
How much longer will we cry
Have we played the fool
Been a fool long enough
Yes, we do know this,
Yet good-byes are really rough
A word we do not like
we would rather say g’day
Waiting, patiently, lingering
Still on our mind we prey
we know it will be hard
Good-byes are what we fear
Still open without closures
we dry up another tear
One day it will come
Maybe soon that fateful day
we still think its difficult

we hate to say goodbye bc we fear we might not get the chance to say hello. goodbyes are hardest when relationships end. especially if only one of you wants to say goodbye and the other is still wanting his/her hellos. goodbyes are horrible when someone dies. none of us like goodbye. it hurts. :-(

The hardest thing to define, is the meaning of the word "understanding", or "comprehending", in the sense of, having comprehension/an understanding of a word.

Sorry, seems to be the hardest word according to the Elton John song which is hard to sing without tearing up a bit

That village/town in Wales (u.k) with the really long name just looks like a bunch of letters. - "Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwll Llantysiliogogogoch" it means "The church of St. Mary in the hollow of white hazel trees near the rapid whirlpool by St. Tysilio's of the red cave". Seriously!!
