i am looking for my old school penpal ruriko tezuka?

she lived in japan. it was a long time ago, and i would love to know how she is now.

Japanese people usually live in apartments, and so they move around alot. The postal system is fantastic and the postmen will use personal time and work their hardest to help you if you send a letter over, but the chances of finding a long lost pen pal are pretty much zero. trust me I have tried with no luck.
