I think as far as having an affect on me - The Matrix. It is so full of spiritual lessons. I was able to take the ideas from that movie and have drastic change in my life. I remember parts from that movie all the time to help me overcome my fears. "There is no spoon." There is a lot of truth in that statement/ idea.

There is more then one. Cross of Iron (the uncut European version) is on my top list.
The English patient (the music and photography are perfect on the big screen, the real story was a bit different though, he was a nazi) is another movie I love.
Bridges of Madison Country.

Pirates of the Caribbean.
Seeing durty, stanky, grimey men running around sweaty and malnurished turns me on.
'Specially that Johnny Depp. He's got to be the sexiest pirate I've EVER seen.
