Has Anyone had any luck finding Nintendo Wii's at Wal-Mart, Gamestop, Target, etc? Should I bother looking for one or are they all sold out? I know PS3's won't be around for a while, but I'm hoping there are some Wii's out there. Anyone know?

They're tracking when the Wii, PS3 and a bunch of other toys are available. Right now (12:59am PST 11/29/06) they're showing the Wii Family Bundle in-stock at ToysRUs for $489.94.

Bought mine at a Best Buy on Sunday. But that's only because I got a tip that they were withholding a bunch of Wiis because they had stated in their circular that they would have them in stock. Keep calling the stores around you, especially Toys R Us Target and Best Buy. They probably get larger shipments than other stores.
Although I hear EBGames will be selling some either tomorrow or soon. At least in my area (Sarasota, FL). Keep calling the chains. Nintendo will be shipping out about 200k a week until the end of the year.

No all of the retail chains are sold out. People are camping at all the popular stores hours before they open with the hopes of buying one. Some want them for Xmas, others I suspect want to re-sell theirs for double the price on ebay.
I suspect that it will not be until the spring when you can go into a store any time of the day and buy one off of the shelf.
I did see bundled deals at Walmart.com - which might be your best bet at this point. Then again I have hear rumors of another huge delievery but you are looking at camping out again.

Wii's are totally sold out everywhere, in Japan, US and UK. I heard amazon sold out in 180 seconds (pre-orders) but I dunno whether that's totally true.
Good luck finding one, though, but you're better off getting one in january and playing one at a lucky friend's house in the mean time.

try target every couple of days i work at one and we just got 4 ps3, of course they didnt last.
