I would encourage you to give it a try if your heart is inclined, but I wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't change her ways.

You'll probably hear the "once a cheater, always a cheater" echoed a hundred times over.

I would have more troubles with her being a liar and oviously not appreciating what damage she has done by being dishonest repeatedly.

You deserve better than to have someone hurt you repeatedly and lie about it.

Good riddance. Let her divorce you. Be in a rush to sign the papers.

If she has continued to lie to you and has filed for divorce, I don't think it will work out between the two of you. She has to want it to work too and from what you have said here, it is best to just let her go and work on rebuilding your own life.

If she is willing to work things out and wants to, then of course there is a chance. You both have to want it and to work really hard at it though and realize that things will never be the same but know that things can be made better.

I was with my husband for 8 years and we had some marriage troubles and i cheated on him with his brother. We went to counselling and both worked really hard to save our marriage for not only us but for our children too. Since then everything has been great we still occassionally have the odd little argument but we know how to fix them now.

Not worth taking her back, because you'll always have that memory of her cheating on you. Divorce her and move on. Find someone younger :)

All I can ask is:

Why would you want to allow yourself to be so abused? Why would you allow her to dictate who you are?

Sometimes, the harest thing to do is the best. In your case, it sounds like you should move on...

Good luck.
