Out of Sight, with Jennifer Lopez. He robbed them either by himself or with Ving Rhames.
In Ocean's Eleven, they robbed casinos.
In O' Brother Where Art Thou, he escaped from prison, which he was in because he was impersonating a lawyer. The bank robbery was done by George "Not Babyface!" Nelson.

I think you're thinking of Ocean's 11 or 12. In Ocean's 11, they robbed a casino, and in Ocean's 12 they stole from a museum as part of a bet of who was better, them or this Italian guy.
Oh, and look out for Ocean's 13, which is currently being filmed.
