Lol, I joke. If you mean a fear of taking tests, then yes, there certainly is! A lot of people have it, and accordingly fail miserably. Of course, if you're talking about a real fear of tests- as in "I don't want to go near the desk- no, don't make me, I don't want to touch the scantron!", well, it might happen, but I don't know that it has a name.
