You must have the IIS component of Windows installed. Computer A has to be setup to allow users to connect remotely. Then do the following:
1. Open Internet Explorer, and enter the URL http://ipaddress:port/tsweb/. For example, if your IP address is 192.168.1.120, and you chose the TCP Port 1374, you would enter the URL http://192.168.1.120:1374/tsweb/.
2. If you're prompted to install the Remote Desktop ActiveX control, click Yes.
3. On the Remote Desktop Web Connection page, shown in Figure 2, click Connect. You don't need to fill in the Server field.

you've to apply some style of 0.33 party software that is put in on both platforms (abode pc and "different" pc) to allow this, it wouldnt be able to be finished over a widespread information superhighway browser. you'll come across a large style of diverse classes on google through looking "distant personal computer software" p.s. "you are able to set your pc up as a server" D:

go to Logmein.com and get their software for free. As long as your PC is on and internet is on, you can access your PC anywhere. To access your computer, go to logmein.com again and sign in.
