true but they may have contacts with the right people to hire in and do the job right at a bargain price.
labour Mps would probably be just as incompetent and even more so with their political skills, devoting days of parliamentary time dedicated to this umiportant matter of changing lightbulbs and then decide to raise taxes by 1p just to cover the costs of it all or introduce another stealth tax.
