Are there any women out there who smoke cigarettes and like guns who would love to shoot a man in the belly just to watch him die? Or is that cold hearted femme fatale just a myth??

What you describe is more a cliche or charicature though I'm sure most clandestine departments in every government in the world employ just such persons. The femme fatale is simply a skank or bimbo a none too bright male allows himself to be enamored by who generally in one way or another does him in. Usually, a guy without a life, or supremely bored.
