Sure - if I was another 13 year old. Seriously - it would depend on if the advice made any sense or not. Just like with a person of any age, the advice could be a load of b.s.

It would depend on the subject & it would also depend on the maturity level of the 13 year old. I know many young ones who are wise beyond their years & I also know many who wouldn't be able to give advice as to the time of day.

It all comes down to the topic & the experience levels of the person.

Yes and I have. My daughters are actually pretty intelligent and have some good common sense suggestions (especially about fashion and food). Usually if I'm upset, they ground me, so yes I would take advice from a 13 year old.

depends on the situation. sometimes anyone outside of a situation can see what's not as obvious to the people involved.
and 13 is definitely old enough to have an opinion, especially if the result effects the young teen.

Depends if it was good advice. I will certainly listen to the advice. Just because you are 13 does not make you stupid or unable to give advice. But if I would follow your advice would depend if it was wise or not and the correct one at that!

depends on the topic. There are some 13 year olds who have lived through alot of crap and would be able to share some life experience.

Just because a person is "under-age" does not mean that they are incapable of forming an educated opinion. Although it does depend on the subject matter as well. I would definitely not ask them for relationship advice ;)

I would..Some people underestimate younger teens, but when I was 13 I had been through a lot more than a lot of people older than me...I'm 19 now and I'm not ashamed to sayyyy that I would!
Why are you giving out free advice? :)

Not unless she was wise beyond her years. At 13, there is no real-life experience. She'd still be living at home, not really having any responsibilities, and her idea of tragic would be laughable to most adults.
