If she knew she had an STD and had sex without telling you, you would probably have the right to sue. However, since chlamydia is not incurable or even seriously harmful to males, you would have to show it caused some significant harm in order to collect any serious money (Herpes or HIV would be a better example!)
Also, unless she has valuable assets, you are unlikely to find an attorney to take your case because they will charge you on a contingency basis (they will get a percentage of your award). If you do decide to sue her, contact a personal injury attorney.

If you can prove she knew she had it then yes. The law is called "infected battery" in Virginia. Im sure other states have similar laws. I don't know about a civil suit, but she can be tried criminally.

Geez, what is it with people wanting to sue other people for everything that is wrong with them... OI
You cannot sue her for something you both participated in "MUTALLY". If she raped you and gave it to you, then you might have a case.
But if she lied about it like the other person said, and I mean BLATANTLY lied to you like if you actually ASKED her if she had anything and she knew about it and said no anyways, you might have a shot.
But unless her doctor states she was informed about it and lied to you, you do not have a case.

Maybe you should just start getting to know your girlfriends and have STD tests PRIOR to entering a sexual relationship in the future. Tough lesson but hopefully one you don't forget.

If you can prove she did it intentionally to harm you, yes. Or you can report her to the police for deliberately infecting you.

No, but learn from it and use a condom next time unless you're married to the girl.

It would be pretty hard to prove that you didn't get it somewhere else and then you gave it to her.

I know that if you give someone HIV while knowing you have the virus you can go to jail for that.
