Why would you want a full screen version? You miss part ofthe picture!

As far as i know Dead man's chest plays in widescreen format 2.35:1 though it doesnt say anything about a fullscreen version on the discs. Not sure about curse of the black pearl.

You will be able to buy them in full screen edition, I'm sure, but why would you want to? The movie is edited to fit on full screen and you miss the outer edges of the picture when you watch them. I suggest going with the widescreen edition, especially on a movie such as this one.

I always buy my DVDs in full screen.
