I'm assuming you mean you'd like to start a new document in Microsoft Word, so go to your Start menu, Click "Run...", then type "winword" in the box (without the quotes) and hit Enter.

Start.all programs,accessories,notepad or wordpad.

if your talking about word pad, then go to start - programs - accessories - then find wordpad in the list.
