The old Bonnie Bell Lipsmackers are a great cheap gloss I have used since I was 8 and it still works great! Rosebud Strawberry lipgloss is great too, alittle more expensive but it works great. It is sold in Sephora stores and Bath and Body Works, among others. But a great one for chapped lips is Vaseline. Just put it on your lips before bed and when you wake up they are soft and not chapped. Try this every night for remarkably softer lips!

Honestly, most lip balms are pretty much the same.
They use some form of wax to create a moisture barrier on your lips and thusly prevent drying and chapping.
I'd say go for good ol' Chapstick--cheap and effective.

I've done tons of research on this - Avon's Care Deeply Lip Balm with Aloe; it's the only one I've found with NO bees wax in it. The ones with bees wax dries your lips out and you must continue to reapply it.

Lush do nice lip balms called Honey Trap and Chocolate whipstick and they are made from natural ingrediants and they smell yummy too!

Vaseline or some Body shop stuff in a little pot its smells nice looks good and keeps your lips moist.
