Honduras was shut down to the Export of CITES animals, and honduras boas are not commonly kept reptiles. If you have seen one for you sale, it is probably either illegal, misrepresented, or highly expensive.
However, if you are lucky enough to be able to find some, Dwarf Honduras boas (aka Fire Bellies) grow to about 4 feet in length. They are BCI (Boa constrictor imperator), and require the same basic care as any other of this species.

A 3 x 2 x 2 melamine cage would be appropriate. Use newspaper or paper towel as a substrate, provide a large water dish, two hide boxes. A heat pad should provide adequate heating for one end of the cage (get the zoomed peel-and-stick 18W pads, and stick it to the underside of a ceramic tile. Stick some little rubber feet on the under corners to keep it elevated, and put the hidebox on the tile). The hotspot on the tile should be around 88-90F. The tank temp should range from 82-86 in the daytime, and 81-84 at night. Do not use a basking light.
Mist the boa once a week (unless you have a dry house, in which case, once a day), feed a reasonable sized meal every 7-10-14 days (depending on age).
