What to do when a friend still ur money and refuse to give it back?

one of Friend gave me a check for the money he owe me , then he still the check form my wallet and now he told me that he dont owe me any money

Not be his friend anymore. Or NEVER loan him money again.

Steal anything you can get your hands on that is his, then sell it on Ebay. Carry on until you have reached the value of the cheque, then you are even.
