I was wondering if she'll choose a best answer. I think whomever she chooses, she'll probably give them 15 minute's of fame, on her show, or some kind of gift, you never know, Oprah is known for giving gift's away, big ones at that!

I want her to choose me.
I've been told that i can make people feel good emotionally, mentally.
I've been told that I'm inspirational and i hope that i can pass that on if she would give me the chance.

I'm not so sure I believe that Oprah actually posted a question on here. Isn't Yahoo Answers for bored losers like us:). How does $1000 "change a person's life"? Pay their bills for a month? Big deal. Make it a million.

I think if her staff manages to get through all those responses (over 25,000 and still going) that her staff might pick out a handful for Oprah to read. She simply doesn't have time herself to read that many responses.
I wonder at her reasons for posting here, maybe she just wants to get people thinking of someone other than themselves this holiday season.

I have no clue how I'm supposed to change someone's life with $1,000. Send them to college for 4 days, pay for their groceries for a month or two, fill up their gas tank three times. Is Oprah kidding - a $1,000.

If that was indeed the real Oprah, I think that she will choose a best answer. She is so well known for her generosity and there's no telling what she might pull out of her hat for this one.
