Hey Everyone,

I just got a membership to Bally's, and wanted to start lifting weights, but I dont want to do anything wrong and have an unproportional upper body. Unfortunately most if not all my weight is on my chest, what type of weightlifting should I do to work off the fat on my upper body?

Please Help!

In order to burn fat you need to do cardio as well. Lifting weights wont completely burn off fat.
