First of all, for the safety of your home......
check all the wiring of these strings to your home and to the lighting for any frayed wires or broken bulbs........also do a test of the lights for a brief period of time to ensure working ability.
If any apprehension past that - do not use until an experienced electrial person can look at this for you....... or replacement has been done.

I have done this before and never had any problems. I would still give them a quick check before plugging them up and keeping them plugged up. Just keep an eye on them for the first week or so, AND don't leave them on at night once you have gone to bed (even though they sure do light up the yard and look so pretty).

PLEASE, please do not enable him roam loose at the same time as there are various of wierd people contained in the homestead. keep in mind this cat has had many placements in his youthful existence, seem after, foster homestead, seem after back and now your position. once you carry him into your position he must have a particular position (room) at the same time as he receives adjusted. He must be in that room with all his desires until eventually he lets you draw close he's able to go back out. So he ought to go back to that room for the party and it ought to nicely be off limits on your travelers. even although that issues ought to get somewhat noisy with the party he will be able of move lower than a mattress or right into a closet and characteristic some safe practices. Get a bottle of Rescue clinical care from a well being food shop or pharmacy. once you first carry him homestead you should use it. Shake the bottle nicely and positioned 3 or 4 drops on the fur between his ears to assist in his adjustment to the hot placement. earlier the party starts on New year's Eve dose him about 3 situations earlier putting him in his particular room. you ought to spend the more advantageous $$ and get some in spray kind too to spray the room earlier putting him in it. do not spray it on the cat - absolutely positioned the drops on him. RR is a reachable ingredient to have contained in the homestead - use it for vet journeys, and so on. this is going to shop contained in the medication chest for years.

You must keep Christmas in your heart all year long!! Just check that there are no exposed wires before you plug them in. They should be ok unless they were getting constant weather.
I kept mine up one year and since they were under an overhang, they were just a bit dusty and spiders were using them as anchors. I just had to dust a bit.
