Is everybody needs to be touch diplomatic or straight forward?

Well I think its always nice to be a tad diplomatic when the situation demands it.Sometimes it saves relationships due to misunderstanding.Also diplomatic people are more popular because they don't take sides or get into controversies easily.

There is deference between blunt and diplomacy and strait forward.

You can be straight forward without being rude or blunt and hurtful.
