Here lately he is so clingy. Before about a month ago, he would love on me and cuddle, but then he would leave, but now he acts like he can't leave my side. Like he won't even eat right without me in the kitchen, and if he gets where he can't see me he meows so loud. It's like he's lost if he can't see me. So what should I do?

Take him to the vet and have him checked out. My older cat started doing this when she was sick. With her it was Kidney disease. The vet said when the behavior started she was not really sick yet, but just felt something wasn't right and wanted me to help her. If she checks out medically, talk to the vet about the behavior and see what he comes up with. Could be your gone alot, or if something in her life has changed. Good Luck.

It could be nothing but it could be something. I would call a vet to ask advice. Let them know how he used to act and how he is acting now. They will let you know if it is normal or if they need to see him. Good Luck!

cats usually get pretty clingy when they are sick, it is their way of saying they are in pain or something is wrong since they can't talk to us.

I would take him to a vet as soon as you can.

Hopefully all is well!

Take him to the vet. Something wrong with his eye sight? If he is an outdoor cat, maybe something scared him?

Cats go through stages, just like humans. We have three grown cats, and their behavior patterns change from time to time, just like that. There's really nothing you can do.
