Do u cry from the inside, or cry from the out?

I cry on the inside
I call it 'silent tears'
It means that I can hear myself cry, but nobody else can.
I dont like to show my emotions out!

I cry inside mostly ,But sometimes I cry outside when I am alone ,I really don't like to show my emotions out either! .

It depends on the situation. When my 2 best friends died.....I cried uncontrolablly. I just couldn't stop...and it was a gut wrenching cry.
But on other times, I can feel deeply sad and not shed a tear on the outside.

Not normally on the outside, but it does build up and release once in a while.
