As Robin William's character in "Patch" put it best. You know that if a woman is pregnant then she is a woman who "puts out".
Personally, I think that for men there is something exotic about the whole process of childbearing that makes women seem more attractive. Most pregnant women really do glow and carry themselves with a sort of confidence.

In the vast majority of cases, pregnant women are heterosexual. A larger percentage than the female population as a whole anyway.
Paternal instinct, protect the child within.
They cannot be made pregnant while they are pregnant.

Sorry, but pregnant women are NOT attractive. Not even Demi Moore looked good pregnant. If you got the impression that men like pregnant women, it was probably from a father, who was in the presence of his pregnant wife.

Because the sex is supposed to be that much better. Also from experience pregnant women stay hornier (if that's a word lol) than the average woman.

honestly guys like pregnant women because theyre already knocked up so they know they dont have the risk of getting her pregnant therefore they can have their jollies and not stress about her being pregnant cause she already is.

If you mean men on the street - The majority of males do not care. They will try to "hook up" with any woman.
If you mean your spouse - They find you beautiful during this time because you are glowing and carrying his child.
