First of all your question is wrong.
WWE is not better than TNA.
They are only a bigger company because they have been around longer.
There are many wrestlers in TNA that have never even set foot in WWE for your information.
You like many others are afraid of TNA because it is new, better, & different from the WWE.
TNA is Wrestling.
WWE is Sports Entertainment.
Wrestling = Actual Matches by Talented Wrestlers
Sports Entertainment = More Talking & BS than anything near wrestling
WWE Sucks because you see nothing but the same thing every week.
TNA actually has better matches, wrestlers, & is overall better than the WWE. TNA is also more family oriented.
If little kids are watching TNA you don't have to worry about them seeing something nasty like you do when WWE is on.
WWE Sucks! TNA Rules!

It's a subjective question. TNA has probably better matches in general. A lot of guys go to TNA because it's a lighter work schedule than WWE that allows them more rest time and/or more time with their families. But all told, TNA probably has the better quality matches of the two companies.
However, WWE has the far superior talent roster. If they wanted to focus on the cruiserweights and let them work unchecked, they could blow the X Division out of the water. At least, they could at one time. Now, with some of the talent leaving (i.e. Tajiri leaving, Psycosis & Juvi getting fired, et. al.) it would be difficult to say, but ultimately, one would have to agree that WWE's talent roster is bigger and more talented than TNA's. If anything, that plus the longer timeslots and greater exposure works heavily to their advantage.
That said, I prefer ROH to both of them, but find it unfortunate that Alex Shelley is no longer a member of their roster.

LOL@TNA being the WWE Retirement Home.... how can that be when they have wrestlers like AJ Styles,Christopher Daniels,Loki & etc... you're only basing that off of that when their contracts end, they decide to go to TNA because they dont want to have to go thru the pissing & moaning of Vince screwing them over & such... they went to TNA simply becuase its BETTER. and well, they dont want to deal with the WWE Creative Team...woops, i mean Stephanie McMahon-Levesque....she cant think of ANYTHING NEW. WWE is using the same storylines that they did back in the late 90's.... its sad really....

the only thing wwe has going for them is that they have more money and have 2 hour long shows. tna isn't that good right now because they only have an hour long show. that isn't long enough to do much. the actual wrestling is better on tna but they have to keep their matches short.

WWE has awesome wrestlers, but TNA doesn't. WWE has WAY better storylines than TNA does. TNA, like what everybody else is saying, is the retirement home of WWE. Look at the people that left the WWE and why they left:
Christan: WWE did not lowball him on their contract offer; in fact, supposedly, they offered him "a very hefty sum" to stay.
The Dugley Boyz: WWE announced that it had opted not to continue contract renewal negotiations with the Dudley Boyz
Kurt Angle: Angle was granted an early release from his WWE contract due to "personal issues", but In September 2006, Angle's business manager, Dave Hawk, stated "Kurt Angle...has retired from professional wrestling and now plans to fight in the MMA in 2007
"Mr. ***" Billy Gunn: In June 2005, Sopp gave an interview in which he was heavily critical of the WWE and the events that led to his release. Many of the negative comments were directed towards Triple H who Sopp claimed "runs the show up there".
Raven: Despite a large reaction from fans to his early appearances, the WWF showed little interest in pushing him beyond the Hardcore division.
Christy Hemme: On December 5, 2005, Hemme announced on her website that she would be training full-time in OVW. She was released by WWE one day later, however, with the company citing budget cuts as the reason for her dismissal.
Kevin Nash: Not surprisingly, the WWE chose not to renew Nash's contract, and Nash's contract expired on December 31, 2003. Nash has stated in an interview that he spoke with Vince McMahon about working for the company backstage in a creative capacity, but he felt that it would take too much time away from his family so he declined. He is one of the few former WWF/WWE wrestlers who still has an amicable relationship with McMahon.
Tyson Tomko: In April 2006, Tomko requested and was granted his release from WWE in order to wrestle in Japan. He was reportably upset that he no longer was being pushed in the tag team he'd recently formed with Gene Snitsky, as Goldust had taken his place and the duo was "repackaged" as Freaks.
Scott Steiner: Steiner was removed from television, and suffered an injury in 2004, sidelining him for two months. While he was injured, WWE negotiated a contractual release, and Steiner left the promotion on August 17, 2004.
Earl Hebner: Hebner was released from WWE on July 18, 2005, allegedly for selling WWE merchandise without permission. Hebner's brother Dave was also released on July 19 in connection with these events.
Well, that sums it up pretty much. I hope you liked my answer because i worked hard on it, and for all the wrestlers that are former WWE wrestlers and work at TNA, I got two words for them, "SUCK IT!"
