6500 to 8000 per square feet in Carpet Area
In Jogeshwari it is
5000 to 7000 per sq.ft Carpet area
At Bandra the rates are highest at
7500 to 10500 /sq.ft Builtup Area
At Malad rates are
7000 to 9000 .sq.ft
At all the above places renting a flat is the best option instead of buying a new flat
