i bought something on ebay that was suppose to be brand new and i just recieved it and it is all scratched up. It is a cell phone:O(

Report to EBAY. If they still has any account of seller, they cam try to block the guy or else you have lost.

I would get hold of the person that you got it from and explain your problem. Sometimes they will have you send it back or offer another solution. Whatever you do don't just settle for what you got, it was suppose to be new then expect something that is new.
