I keep getting transferred and sent to voicemails and things to that nature. The people at my bank refuse to comply with my wishes & I don't think I'll be getting a response from the voicemail I left. What is the best way to handle the situation? This is in regards to fee reversal for overdrafts. Please give me some advice on handle people who give you the run around...

Hi, Termite, One well-written, straight-to-the-point letter is worth 1,000 voice mail messages. Send your letter to the top person at your local branch, state that your voice mail messages have gone unanswered, state specifically what action you want taken and by when, and that you will follow up. Be sure to say thank you for your prompt attention to this matter at the close of your letter. Works every single time for me. Best of luck!

if your branch is local, go speak with the BRANCH MANAGER and voice your problem. if they really do value your business, chances are they will reverse the charges. however, if this is an ongoing scenario, id close your accounts and take your business elsewhere.
