Drink a lot of water to keep your skin hydrated. Wash your face, gently, at least twice a day to help keep pores clean. And use a good moisturizer. Avoid sunlight. I am 1 1/2 years older than my sister who LOVES the outdoors. I am just the opposite; I have never sunbathed or spent time out doors without strong sunblocks and we now look as though there are many more years between us with me as the younger sister.
I like Oil of Olay and Loreal skin care but I have also used baby oil on my face, especially right after a shower or bath.

Hi,
That is a good question, because there are so many ways.
For rejuvenation, I would go with completely cleaning your skin even clearing out the pores, to get your skin all new and fresh. The easier way to do that would be with a steamer you can buy them in department stores or drug stores...but if you want to go the least expensive way fill up your bathroom sink with water as hot as it will get. then put a towel over your head {so the steam doesn't get out}..and put your face down close to water BUT NOT in the water. Let the steam from the water open up your pores and totally cleanse your face.
This is also useful when your stuffed up with a cold and you can put Vick's or similar in the water. I hope this helps you!!

Peace
