Yes, I always wanted to hit them, even I fought with my last boss and resigned in 2004 becoz of the working hours.
I couldnt find any job with this bad fame because this business(customs consultancy) is a small sector in Ankara and every other employers easily heard it!!!
Now I m happy for being my own boss since 2004 that working and earning only for myself is very wonderful. I advice everyone must do it after a good business education and experience.

Not my current boss, but a previous one. She was quite the Bit** let me tell you. She worked her way to store director, then in a matter of months fired or caused 80% of the employees to quit which she replaced with all her relatives. Some of which I wasn't even sure were legal aliens (She was Mexican) Of course, no one dared question her for fear she would claim discrimination. I finally just walked out the day before she was supposed to leave on vacation to Mexico. ( I was an assistant Manager and would be covering for her so I figured that was the best way to get back at her. )

Even if he is a boss, he might be not educated, rude, impolite, careless. But all the employees should be well-educated, kind, polite, careful. Be the boss yourself.

and i guess he thought the same about me ..when i got on his nerves ..we never really got to do it ..as his stronger than me and older then me and also he is the apple of my
