I would go see my doctor or at least call his nurse

It could be the mucous plug or maybe even some amniotic fluid. You should really get to a doctor ASAP to make sure everything is ok. Leaking amniotic fluid can be serious. If it is your mucus plug you will probably be going into labour soon and since it has been a couple of days you don't want bacteria getting up there so you should get some medical advise.

It sounds like that is what it is. You need to taken into consideration how many weeks pregnant you are, and if you have had sex at all in the last few days. Sex in late pregnancy could give you the same sort of symptoms.
If the cramping is consistant and the mucus turns pink or bright red, or turns watery-call your doctor immediately. He may want to check to make sure that you are not in labor or that your water sack is leaking.
If you are far enough along they may induce you-or they could give you a more difinitive awnser as to what is going on.

All through my pregnancy i had excess mucus, my dr said it was fine. But then when i did finaly lose my plug, i had to wear panty liners cuz it would just leak everywhere. I would just check with your dr. He will probably do an exam to make sure everything is ok and it probably will be. could be if your over 37weeks if not could be something else if your not in pain i wouldnt worry too much but ask your doctor next visit
