Sort of. Miscarriages can happen before you have any symptoms, so, of course then you wouldn't know. However, if you know you are pregnant, the baby might expire without you knowing it right away, but I believe that is referred to as a stillbirth and not a miscarriage.

Yes. Some miscarriages happen before a woman knows she is pregnant.
Some women know they are pregnant, but when they go for their first ultrasound, there is no heartbeat - the baby has died, but their body has not passed the dead embryo and the women then need a D&C.
Most cases occur with moderate to severe cramping and heavy bleeding. Keep in mind that mild to moderate cramping is normal in pregnancy, though.
Pregnancy is a very tricky thing.

I've had 4 miscarriages and I knew it each time. Did you go to the Dr. a lot of times a woman may think she is pregnant and wasn't really and then get her period and think that she has had a miscarriage. In a miscarriage. you pass allot more than just blood. There is the cord even though it's small.....................

If you were feeling symptoms such as fatigue, nausea, breast tenderness and they are now gone that might be an indication. In my first pregnancy I have very light borwnish spotting for about a week before I actually miscarried but I have heard of people who have missed miscarriages and do not expel the baby.

I'm thinking that a miscarriage would have to come with some sort of symtoms....even if they are mild. A miscarriage would mean that your body for whatever reason is rejecting the embryo/fetus, so you would have to pass some blood or tissue matter. There would be some mild, moderate or severe cramping.
I think the symptoms would be there, perhaps you mistook them for menstral symptoms or something similar.

If they are very early in the pregnancy then yes. It's called a chemical pregnancy. Most of the time this happens, the woman never even knew that she was pregnant and perhaps just thought that her period was late. It's reported more often now becuase of how accurate the home pregnancy tests have become, they are finding out much earlier that they are pregnant.

positioned aside your unbelief and Say this prayer so God can come into your existence, he's sweet there waiting, hoping you will make this decision & say it. He has a plan on your existence He can and could help you with each and every thing. He needs you to be the superb you would be. He loves you and gave You loose will to choose on having His unfailing love on your existence or no longer He enjoyed you first and left the door open for you. Its as much as you to stroll by into His loving hands. God can help you, If purely you ask Him. in case you decide directly to settle for Christ as Savior and turn out of your sins, you are able to ask Him to be your Savior and Lord by praying a prayer like this: "Lord Jesus, i've got confidence you are the Son of God. thank you for dying on the bypass for my sins. Please forgive my sins and supply me the present of eternal existence. I ask You in to my existence and heart to be my Lord and Savior. i choose to serve you always." Amen He helped me and that i desire you to experience his Love too. Then bypass in this prayer to others so they are able to get to understand Gods unfailing love too! Dom, He can help you have somewhat one too, pray for it!
