Same answer as before. Yes. If YOU wrote the words, if the words are about a provable (or disprovable) fact, if the words are not true (or, depending upon the subject if they were made with "reckless disregard for the truth"), and if the words caused injury to the reputation of the subject (or they are a class of words that cause damage "per se") then you can be sued for defamation.

YES. You can be sued for just about anything. You really need to think before you start in on someone else's character. If you can prove that they did/are the things you say, that is one thing. If you just made things up to be an ****, then they have a good shot of winning.

How can you be sued for the Truth.I had a scumbag judge removed from the bench for life in NYS.Whom screwed people over at his whim.
He did this for 14 1/2 yrs. on the bench.Until me,violated my due process and caused the rape of my 13 yr. old daughter.Judicial Conduct Board investigated the scum for 2 1/2 yrs.He resigns in lieu of testifying in his own defense. He's now a legislator in up-state NY.Just google lester goodermote.450lb pig.

It depends. Public figures are subject to critisism. Regular people have more of an easier time suing under this premise.

yes, i think you can ONLY if what is posted is UNTRUE or if the information was discovered illegally (breach of privacy, etc.) and the "Defamed" party had no "reasonable expectation" that such information would be publically available.
