The only answer among this bunch is the first one, get your codes scanned. Being a '94 it may be obd 1 or 2, no big deal. There is NOTHING DANGEROUS about what is happening. The engine stall is, I would guess, a vacuum leak in the brake booster. This would be the most likely as it happens when you brake. As for lizard of ahaz I see no mention of brakes being "done" by anyone. As for ABS forget it, don't waste your money on fixing it. Your brakes are not affected by the ABS system. They will work just fine. ABS is anti lock brake system and is totally separate from your brake syatem. Very few "mechanics" understand the system and will cost you a lot of money while they "fiddle" with it. There are even fewer drivers who understand ABS and have any idea of how it works or how to use it. Do you ??

We have a 1997 Pontiac Transport. Our engine light come son all the time, as well as the ABS. We have ahd it into the shop several times, and they find nothing. Far as I can tell these vehicles have bad wiring. Sometimes my power locks will lock and unlock while I am driving too.
I know another couple in our town and they have had the same type of problems.
But I have never had it stall on me.
Good luck!

When my ABS light came on I found out a had a Brake fluid leak. I was told it was very dangerous and I got it fixed right away.
I don't know about the engine lite but if your car is stalling it seems like everytime you drive it, you might be in danger. Consider taking it to a place that has a diagnostic machines.

The main body computer on your vehicle is probably in trouble...it will throw both those warning lights. If the lights are red you need to get it to a repair facility as soon as possible...your car is trying to tell you it needs major help.

That's potentially incredibly dangerous, and you need to take the car to a mechanic immediately.
