All countries to an extent (including some German people). Germany just wanted to walk through Belgium to attack France but the Belgians said "no".
Some personnel stories: My aunt in Holland took in a Jewish boy to pass off as her own, she had her own son circumcised (not common in Europe) so the other little boy would not stand out as Jewish.
My mom was in the French underground, she picked up people at the train station. Because Jews had the Star of David sewn onto their coat to identify them, she rolled up coats and stuck them under her clothes to appear pregnant, then switched the coats with the person at the station and walked them to the resistance headquarters. She did eventually get caught smuggling a ham under her coat and spent time in a transfer camp.
Or did you mean, what did they have to wear in the Concentration Camps?
Blue stripped cotton pants and blue stripped button down shirt with the Star of David sewn on. Numbers tattooed on their arm with certain numbers identifying them as Jewish.

All countries resisted to some extent, but the most successful resistance was in Denmark where the citizens smuggled thousands of Jews across to Sweden which was neutral. Read "Number the Stars" to see how they did it.
