Yes; the POSTER may be liable for libel or defamation. The host of the blog (or the blog owner) may not be liable for someone else's comments, though.

Yes the illegal can be sued. Not only sued but deported too. It's calling attention to their other criminal act.

Of course it isnt illegal. But if they sue you, cause it causes them to lose jobs, they would have to prove it indefinatly lead to their misfortune, which is a hard case to prove... they can sue you for defimation of character.
