I hope the baby has eaten or you have contacted the vet by now. It's very important for llama crias to get mom's colostrum within the first few hours. After that, a window of opportunity closes, and the cria won't be able to absorb all of the antibodies from the colostrom. Crias that don't get enough colostrum soon enough are at much more risk for life threatening illnesses in the first few months.

If they are cold get them inside and give them a thick bed of straw to warm up in. Usually llamas can handle cold weather very well as long as they have somewhere to get inside out of the cold wind and rain/snow. but if the baby wasn't able to warm up after being wet, then you may need to help it get warmer. You can put a sweater or small blanket around his body and front legs to help. There are actually special llama cria blankets that you can buy just for this purpose but you usually would have to either buy them over the internet or at a llama show so if you don't have one on hand it really won't help you right now.

Good luck hope that baby & mom are doing well!

Do they have any shelter? A windbreak is very important for all large animals.

If your young llama is standing and moving around, he'll probably be ok.

Cheap windbreak is to buy straw bales and stack them three high like bricks. Make a U shape or an L shape. If you have doubts about them staying put, drive metal posts down through the bales. If you decide to put a roof on this, build it up high enough for your llama to stand upright, then drive the metal posts through the roof and into the bales.

Ask a veterinarian...it is strange that the baby hadnt look for its mom's milk yet, specially if it is cold
You'll not lose anything making a phone call to the doctor.
Good luck

i would contact your vet, but in the mean time put a blanket on the two and put them in a wind proof shelter if available. it is very important that the baby eats so if the mother won't feed it get some formula from the vet.
