Sounds like a scam to get your credit card info and rip you off big time. The domain seems really fake - anyone can make a domain like that. Why wouldnt it be directly at microsoft.com? Why did you win money for something you didn't even apply to? I can almost gaurantee this is a scam. Do not be fooled - if it seems too good to be true - it probably isn't.
