Studies have confirmed that pregnancy only occurs if intercourse occurs within the 6 days prior to and including ovulation. Intercourse after the day of ovulation does not result in pregnancy. The probability of conception ranged from 10% when intercourse occurred five days before ovulation to 33% when it occurred on the day of ovulation.

After the egg is released it stays alive for 12-24 hours. After that you are no longer fertile. If you are trying to time sex to get pregnant it is best to do it in the days leading up to ovulation and the day of ovulation. Sperm can live in a favorable environment for 5-10 days. Good luck!

Sperm can live up to 5 days in fertile quality cervical fluid and the egg lives about 12-24 hours.
So, you are fertile from November 29th until December 4th.
