Yes..but downloading movies from limewire is difficult because they come in MANY different formats...most some computers don't have default software to play..You will need to find a really good player for the movies...try using the software called VLC. Its what i use and it works for almost any format I need. But for downloading movies, torrents are probably easier.

I have downloaded some but have had trouble getting them to burn. Maybe others have had better luck.
