I have been keeping track of my BBT and it has been above 98.1 for almost two weeks now and has staying pretty close durring that time with no dips no elevations except for a slight dip durring the time I was bleeding/spotting. What does this mean

while having an elevated BBT longer than 16 days usually confirms pregnancy, it is normal for BBT to be elevated the 14 days between ovulation till the first day you start your period.
if you have not missed your period (or know it hasn't been 14 days minimum since you ovulated) it is still too early to take a HPT

2 weeks is not abnormal for a higher BBT. In fact, all HEALTHLY women have this higher BBT for 11-16 days--if not, then their bodies are not producing enough progesterin and they may have trouble getting pregnant.
So, congratulations, you are normal. Now, as for pregnant--how long are your normal cycles? If unknown, I'd suggest waiting until day 17 and if there is still no drop in temperature, then that is a good sign you are pregnant. You can probably test before then (like today) depending on how long your normal luteal phase is (the time you have a higher bbt).

I'm assuming you mean for 2 weeks past ovulation? If so, then the slight dip you had and spotting could be from implantation. I would take a pregnancy test in a few days. It sounds promising. Good luck!

If this has been your BBT for the entire time you've been taking it, then it's probably your base BBT is slightly higher than normal. If it had been lower and is now sustained at this higher temp - you might have a slight bug you're fighting off. no big deal.

a sign of being pregnant.....when your temp stays the same or about the same for that long it usually means you are pregnant......and spotting...was it possibly implantation bleeding? Goodluck!!! Take a test and find out if your pregnant!!! and if you havent missed a period yet, go in and get a blood test done :)
